Absolutely! We regularly handle maintenance and repairs for rental properties, and commercial spaces. Whether it’s a one-off job or ongoing maintenance, we’ve got you covered. We work closely with Attune Asset Management for specialised plans.
Our call out fee is 1 hour + Vehicle Charge (Our hourly rate changes per service + vehicle charge at $30) to cover travel and setup time, but we’ll always be upfront about pricing so there are no surprises. Check out our schedule of fees document above for our hourly rate per service.
